Food Tip Trick! STOP SNACKING to Burn Body Fat
Our body exists in two states, either "fed" which occurs when food is being consumed and digested, or "fasted" when food is not being consumed and digested. To place the body naturally in fat-burning mode, it has to be in a “fasted” state—simply meaning it has to have a break from food. Body fat is our body's built-in fuel source when food is not present. For those who do not like to exercise (…and even for those who do), stop snacking and eat only 3 meals per day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) to give the body a break from digesting food, allowing it to utilize its intelligently designed stored “food,” body fat.
